Return Policy

At CARANS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and straightforward return policy.

Eligibility for return:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items that are damaged, used, altered, or that have missing parts will not be accepted for return.

How to initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team to request a return or you can also initiate a return on our orders page.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process or you can also initiate an exchange on our orders page.

Damaged or defective items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We will either replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.
